Barium Enema
Pick up a Prep Kit 2 days before the exam.

Barium Swallow
You may wish to eat a light breakfast the morning
of your exam. The barium will make you feel full.

Intravenous Urography (IVP)
Pick up a Prep Kit 2 days before the exam.
You must begin the prep kit before noon the day before
your exam. Follow instructions provided inside the box completely.

SM. Bowel Follow Through
Do NOT eat or drink 8 hours prior to the exam.

Upper Gastrointestinal Series (Upper GI)
Do NOT eat or drink 8 hours before your exam.
