POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate and oversee delivery of Quality
of Care and the translation of the continuity of resident care by completing,
assessing the accuracy, and implementing the plan of care developed from the
MDS by the interdisciplinary team.
Coordination of the resident care conferences, progressive
rehabilitation through program development and staff monitoring and support
and monitoring and training of nursing staff as needed. |
