To Make an Appointment

In order to provide efficient service, we ask that you call for an appointment. At Family Medicine Newport, call (509) 447-3139. At Family Health Center, call (509) 447-4885, option #1. At that time, you will be asked questions which will allow us to schedule the appropriate amount of time for your medical needs. Some limited appointment times are intentionally held open to accommodate urgent patient needs. Therefore, you should call us as soon as possible to receive an appointment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you call us so we can make services available to other patients.

When you schedule your first appointment, you will be asked to check in 20 minutes early so that you will have time to complete forms. If you are an established patient, we ask that you arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow the office and nursing personnel to check you in and prepare for your appointment.

If you have questions or concerns regarding your care, please call us. A triage nurse is available to answer your questions. If the triage nurse is busy with another patient, you may leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have an EMERGENCY, please tell us immediately!
